This is very late, but the babies have reached and passed the five month milestone. The day that they turned five months old, Cameron really started turning over. He gets stuck on his belly and cannot flip to his back, but he and Dallin are both becoming increasingly mobile. It is getting to the point to where it is becoming overwhelming because they are really able to move around--especially Dallin. He can roll all over now. I have to be really careful because we have laminate floors and Dallin will roll and could bump his head on the hard floor. We will soon be going to the Doctor and getting new measurements. I weighed them myself on our scale and it measure Dallin as 14 lbs and Cameron at 16 lbs. I don't know how accurate that is but they are both growing. They really miss all of the attention and love that they received on a daily basis in Utah. So do I!

5 Months Old

Our Halloween
At dusk on Halloween night in Kirtland, New Mexico, we stopped to take care of our babies (diaper, feed, play, etc.) at an LDS church. While we were in the parking lot a suburban came and drove around slowly and seemed to be looking at us. We didn't think much of it. We finished taking care of the babies and then proceeded to go to a nearby gas station to fill up the gas tank. I went in to use the restroom while Darin gassed up the car. While I was in the gas station, a couple of police cruisers squealed to a stop in front of our xterra. A cop got out and this is what happened.
Cop: "We have a report of a vehicle matching your description at a nearby church."
Darin: "Sir, we were there taking care of our twin boys."
Cop: "What brings you to this town?"
Darin: "We are just passing through on our way to Texas."
Cop: "Well, someone thought that you were attempting to steal some four wheelers that were located at a property behind that church."
Darin: "No officer, we were taking care of our twin boys."
Cop: "Where are you guys from?"
Darin: "Northern Utah."
Cop: "Where in Northern Utah are you from?"
Darin: "Perry, it is by Brigham City."
Cop: "Really? I am from Provo."
Darin: "Cool."
Cop: "Well you guys have a good night. Good luck with your move."
I then came from the gas station to see two cop cars driving away. I got into the car and was wondering why the cop cars were there and why random people were coming up to Darin asking what just happened. I laughed when Darin told me what events had just expired.
We didn't dress up, but apparently our costume was four wheeler thieves. What an eventful Halloween.
